At TrailBlazers, we decide as a team how to divide the profit. And if that profit is not there, we decide together how to solve it. Salaries are transparent, as is most other things. We define our salaries together. There is an generous budget for personal education, hardware and software, you choose your yearly amount of holidays and there is a good chance that you will be persuaded to come to Castlefest (for real, though). More about the team
TrailBlazers are software developers, scrum masters and agile coaches. Combined we have 197 years of experience in Java, Web and Scrum and we can work with more than 154 technologies. We do this at various organizations across the country. One TrailBlazer is developing and improving Java software at the customers location, while the other TrailBlazer is coaching teams or entire organizations 'on the job' to work more Agile and according to Scrum.
